This is a full-time, permanent position, working across all rooms initially to determine where your skills shine best. You’ll be part of a dedicated, energetic team in a setting that encourages creativity, personal development, and professional growth.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced nursery practitioner with a strong background in early years care and education. You must have prior Room Leader experience and a genuine passion for nurturing children through play-based learning.

Essential Requirements:

• A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)

• Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally with leadership responsibilities

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – this is essential for safeguarding purposes

• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

• A positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking team
