As a Graduate Design Engineer, you''ll receive on-the-job training and mentorship while taking on a variety of responsibilities. These include assisting in product testing and validation, refining production processes, developing measurement methods, and supporting documentation across the product catalogue.

The Role:

• Specialist technical training and continued progression opportunities
• Support senior engineers in product development and process refinement
• Research new technologies and materials for future product improvements
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimise production methods

The Candidate:

• Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline (or experience)
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn and develop
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferable)
