Project Manager

Synapri are supporting an IT and Science Research Facility looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects supporting a major expansion and transition programme. The role will take ownership of assigned projects from mobilisation through to implementation, acceptance and operational handover. Working closely with internal technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a structured and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise technology delivery, supplier management and project governance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end technology project delivery, including project scoping, planning, implementation and closure. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Manage project governance, including RAID logs, dependencies, change control, stage gates and benefits tracking. Coordinate internal technical teams, external suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Manage supplier performance, delivery commitments, dependencies and contractual change requests at project level. Monitor project budgets, track expenditure, support financial forecasting and manage approvals.
