The Operations Manager, will be responsible for: Significant experience leading operations within mission-critical facilities or similar environments. Strong knowledge of engineering governance, operational resilience, risk management and compliance. Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams across multiple sites. A track record of delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. The ability to lead and coordinate incident response, business continuity and service recovery activities. Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, supplier performance and contract delivery. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, senior stakeholders and technical teams.
