From our Rainham head office and 20,000+ sq ft workshop, we deliver fully coordinated schemes including kitchens, dressing rooms, wardrobes, cinemas and specialist joinery for architects, interior designers, developers and private clients. Combining traditional craftsmanship with advanced CNC technology, we work with exotic timbers, veneers, stone, metal, glass and more. Duties include but are not limited to: Purchasing and Estimating Support • Manage purchasing of project materials, components, outsourced items and stock • Obtain competitive quotations to support the estimating team • Monitor programmes and approvals to ensure timely ordering • Source materials that meet specification, quality and programme requirements • Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms • Build strong supplier relationships and identify alternatives • Maintain an up-to-date material and supplier library Deliveries, Stock and Cost Control • Coordinate deliveries and check materials for quantity, quality and condition • Ensure accurate delivery documentation and cost allocation • Monitor stock levels with department heads • Support stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and prepare reports • Report shortages, delays, damage or cost ..... full job details .....
