Youll be responsible for driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. With a revamp and competitive socialising concept launching in the new year, we need someone with vision, energy, and a deep understanding of Manchesters nightlife culture.Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and fun.Drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and local engagement.Oversee day-to-day operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development.Manage social media presence and digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.Ensure smooth running of all IT systems and digital tools used across the venue.Maintain compliance with licensing laws

a valid personal licence is essential .What Were Looking For

Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a high-volume, late-night venue.Strong leadership skills with a track record of building world-class teams.Excellent knowledge of Manchesters hospitality landscape.Sales and marketing expertise, including digital and social media strategy.Tech-savvy with solid IT skills and familiarity with POS and booking systems.Cocktail knowledge and bar experience are a big plus.A confident public presence and natural host mentality.Why Join MOJO?
