As a Retrofit Assessor, you''ll play a crucial role in helping homeowners access ECO 4 funding to improve their property, save money and reduce their carbon footprint. You''ll be responsible for conducting initial property viability surveys to assess their suitability for retrofitting with energy-saving measures. Role Responsibilities:- Ensure all surveys meet high standards, gathering necessary supporting evidence, and uploading information to our CRM promptly. Fill out paperwork meticulously for smooth internal review. Maintain open communication with office teams for seamless project flow. Stay current with industry standards and keep customers informed about survey requirements. Lodge on time and keep your CPD training up-to-date. Adhere to company policies and procedures, reporting any deviations to management. Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for our quality, environmental, and health and safety systems. Embrace training opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Navigate software with ease. Identify potential health and safety issues and assess property suitability for retrofitting.
