Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in a credit control environment and providing a range of business support?

You''ll be primarily responsible for managing the credit control process-ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships-while also supporting general business administration, sales processing and office operations.

Credit Control

• Monitor and chase outstanding invoices via phone and email

• Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate debtor records

• Resolve customer queries relating to payments and invoices

• Produce regular aged debt reports for management

Business Support

• Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry

• Liaise with suppliers and customers as needed

• Support procurement, sales and operational teams with ad hoc tasks

• Help coordinate internal meetings, diaries, and office supplies

• Previous experience in a credit control or finance-related role

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
