We''re working with a supportive primary school in Northampton that is seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher who is dedicated to helping young learners build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis, although long-term opportunities may also be considered for the right candidate.

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
• Foster strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social development
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear feedback and support
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil achievement
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, confidence, and resilience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 in a UK primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• A nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about supporting children''s academic and personal development
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply and will be fully supported
