I am actively recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Support Worker on behalf of my client based in the Stoke - On - Trent area. This role will be working in a 2 bed EBD Home supporting young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. This role would suit someone who holds a level 3 and has current or previous experience within a similar role. Duties include, but not limited to: Building strong, positive relationships with the young people. Supporting their educational and emotional development. Planning and coordinating engaging and fun activities. Ensuring a structured, safe and comfortable home environment. Following regulatory processes which includes good administration. You will be dedicated to child safeguarding. You will be empathetic and form trusted relationships. You will be passionate about making a positive difference. Resilient, patient and capable of handling challenging behaviours. Proactive and creative in activity planning. Have good IT Skills.
