LOCATION: Greater Manchester SALARY:?£38,000 DOE THE ROLE:This is an exceptional opportunity for a Criminal Defence Solicitor to join a busy and regarded criminal defence team, undertaking a varied caseload of general defence and regulatory prosecution matters. The appointed Criminal Defence Solicitor will manage files from start to finish, with responsibilities including drafting legal documentation, taking detailed statements from clients and witnesses, instructing and liaising with counsel, reviewing evidence and completing regular file reviews. The position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of criminal casework, with further exposure to prosecution work. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from experienced Paralegals, Legal Executives or qualified Solicitors who hold police station accreditation.
