This is a varied and customer focused role that combines driving duties, vehicle handling and customer service within a busy airport parking operation.You will be responsible for transporting customers safely and efficiently between the parking facility and the airport, while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding a professional meet and greet service for customers and assisting with any enquiriesSafely loading and unloading customer luggage onto the minibusConducting vehicle checks before and after each journey and reporting any defects or issuesMonitoring flight schedules and traffic conditions to ensure timely customer transfersParking, retrieving and repositioning customer vehicles within the secure company compound and designated holding areasMaintaining high standards of customer service at all timesEssential RequirementsD/D1 Category on the rear of your valid UK driving licenceMinimum of 2 years'' commercial driving experienceAged 25 or over for insurance purposesPhysically fit and able to walk several miles during a shiftComfortable working outdoors in all weather ..... full job details .....
