Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Berry Recruitment are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a busy firm based in Suffolk (two locations available).

You''ll manage a varied caseload covering Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, Elderly Client Services, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and basic Court of Protection work.

• Manage your own caseload efficiently and profitably.

• Deliver excellent client service across a range of private client matters.

• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and internal risk management procedures.

• Keep legal knowledge up to date through ongoing CPD.

• Report to the Head of Department and collaborate with the wider team.

• Qualified Solicitor (SQE) with experience in private client work.

• Strong technical knowledge in estate planning, trusts, and probate.

• Able to work independently in a busy, client-focused environment.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
