Head Chef - Authentic Spanish Restaurant

We are currently recruiting a talented, experienced, Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a Spanish restaurant based in the West end of London. With a real focus on seasonal produce and a passion for outstanding standards and service. As the Head Chef you will create weekly specials and seasonal menus working alongside the Group Gastronomic Director to create show stopping dishes.

- Previou s

experience in a premium Spanish fresh food kitchen- Track record as a successful Head Chef in high volume, high standards kitchens-Ability to manage budgets, GPs, rotas and 5* Food Hygiene- Can do attitude and team player- Excellent communication skills- Confidence to leading a team in a busy service and inspire a long standing team- A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm to lead and develop your team
