CRM and Analytics Specialist Central London Up to 50,000 + benefits Hybrid workingWe''re recruiting for a growing multi-site business looking for a CRM and Analytics Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of its in-house CRM platform.This is a 70% CRM / 30% analytics role, working alongside experienced CRM and data specialists. You''ll support users across a national store network, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and help turn customer and sales data into useful commercial insight.What you''ll be doingSupport and maintain an in-house CRM platformTroubleshoot bugs, system issues and user queriesBecome a key point of contact for teams across multiple locationsImprove CRM workflows, forms and customer enquiry processesSupport integrations, upgrades, testing and data migrationsWrite and run SQL queriesMonitor and improve data qualitySupport reporting across sales, marketing and operationsBuild and maintain dashboards using Power BI or TableauAnalyse enquiry, conversion, customer and revenue performanceWork closely with CRM, data, commercial and operational teamsWhat we''re looking for You''ll need strong hands-on CRM experience and the confidence to take ownership when something isn''t working.
