This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property professional looking for a part-time role with broad responsibility and genuine autonomy. Working closely with the Senior Asset Manager and Managing Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio. The role will suit someone who is proactive, practical and highly organised, with the confidence to manage occupiers, contractors, maintenance, compliance and building operations. The Role Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager and Managing Director, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the commercial property portfolio, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, secure and operating efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact for occupiers, contractors and service providers, balancing excellent customer service with effective cost and risk management.
