The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring all mechanical and associated building services remain safe, compliant and fully operational.While this is primarily a mechanical role, applicants should have a basic understanding of electrical building services and be confident carrying out first-line fault finding where required.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across mechanical and building services systems. Diagnose faults and repair mechanical plant and equipment to minimise downtime. Maintain and service mechanical pipework systems, pumps, motors, bearings, valves and HVAC plant.
