Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive - Derby I have a new opportunity with a well-established and growing East Midlands law firm that is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding Private Client team at its Derby office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm that places strong emphasis on client care, professional development and the use of technology. You will join a well-established Private Client team and work alongside colleagues across other specialist areas to provide a comprehensive service to clients. The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of Private Client matters, which would include primarily: Wills Lasting Powers of Attorney Estate administration Trusts and Inheritance Tax. Experience in particular in lifetime estate planning work relating to residential care fees would be beneficial. The caseload on offer would ideally suit a Private Client Specialist with somewhere in the region of 2+ years'' PQE however, as the department has good knowledge across all levels of PQE, they could accommodate someone with a greater level of PQE. The Team has a strong collaborative culture and, while you will work independently, managing your own caseload, there is on-going support available.
