Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients’ progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectivenessCollaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy for each patientSupport and educate patients and their families to achieve maximum outcomesQualifications

Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsWork experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.About Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH)
