Estates Services SupervisorLocation: Newton Abbot, DevonSalary: £30,442.81 per annum plus benefits Hours: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week Wise Employment are looking for an experienced and proactive Estates Services Supervisor for a permanent role to oversee the day-to-day delivery of caretaking, grounds maintenance and estate services across communities.This is a key operational role, responsible for supervising in-house teams and contractors to ensure communal areas are safe, clean, compliant and maintained to a high standard. You will play a vital part in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and organisational policies.Key Responsibilities Line manage, motivate and develop Estate Caretakers, Grounds Maintenance and Voids teams, including performance reviews, PDPs and training needsCarry out regular estate inspections and audits, identifying improvements, health and safety risks and maintenance needsEnsure communal areas (internal and external) meet required safety, cleanliness and compliance standardsManage contractor performance, service level agreements and value for moneyOversee waste management, recycling, fly tipping, CCTV and door entry systemsSupport budget management, raise orders, process invoices and monitor costsManage tree inspections and liaise with local authorities and tree contractorsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety legislation including COSHH, fire safety, asbestos and risk ..... full job details .....
