JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our team in Wales! Based out of our warehouse in Llanelli, this role will be responsible for our three warehouses in Wales and so would require an element of travel to other sites. Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all organisational processes, products, and services comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards (such as ISO 9001), and internal quality benchmarks. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding Metro reputation, driving compliance initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability across operational sites.
