Project Manager

We''re looking for a Project Manager to join our South West Contracts team based in the South West. Location: South West Hours: 40 hours per week What will you be responsible for? As a Project Manager, you''ll be working within the South West Contracts team, supporting them in delivering construction and refurbishment projects across government buildings. Your day to day will include: Leading and managing multiple construction and refurbishment projects from tender through to completion Overseeing health and safety management systems and ensuring CDM compliance Managing project teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards Ensuring effective financial delivery and cost control of projects Building strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle What are we looking for? This role of Project Manager is great for you if: You have extensive experience delivering varied projects, ideally within government or commercial sectors You hold SMSTS or equivalent with people management skills You are a strong communicator with excellent IT and report writing skills, and are comfortable managing site-based teams We''re all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
