As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Doctify team and play a key role in supporting both the finance team and the wider global teams. You will be responsible for owning and managing the finance calendar at Doctify, including month end, pay runs, payroll, departmental reporting, and board reporting.You''ll Be Responsible forBeing part of a team driving growth and efficiency at Doctify, making the finance team a centre of excellence in the companyOwn and manage the finance calendar at Doctify. Month end, payruns, payroll, departmental reporting and board reportingContinuously improve cash management processesAssist in other finance or accounting projects as needed, including systems implementations and integrationsYou are comfortable coordinating with other team leads to improve the categorisation and completeness of our expense reporting, supplier relationship and costs managementInternational - work with our international accountants to oversee payroll, VAT returns and year end accountsDevelop and maintain financial reports to optimise forecasting, tracking and analysis of key performance indicatorsImplement analytical tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance,Drive for continuous improvement, analyse current processes, models and reports, making recommendations for improvement where possibleAbout youQualified accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred) with strong technical accounting knowledge1-3 years of post qualified experience, ideally gained in an audit role, with subsequent experience in industry or within a commercial finance teamExcellent understanding of bookkeeping, AR/AP processes, and full-cycle accountingStrong analytical skills and fluency working with tools including but not limited to, Excel, Google Suite, Xero, and expense applications, etcAbility to organise, prioritise and multitask in a rapidly changing business environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teamsDetail oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentAbility to operate in an ambiguous start-up environment where everyday we try to develop and optimise our operationsAbility to identify actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results while establishing trust and credibility at all levels of the organisationMaintain high ethical standards at all times, to include maintaining the confidentiality of financial and other sensitive information consistent with moral, professional and regulatory requirementsLast but by no means least - you believe in our mission and want to be a part of revolutionising the healthcare market with us!What We Offer
