OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Business Lecturer to join our educational team, responsible for teaching BTEC Business from Levels 1 to 3. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for business education and a proven track record in lecturing.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and informative lectures on BTEC Business courses covering Levels 1 to 3.

Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.

Assess and record students'' progress and provide grades and feedback.

Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the institution.

Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings.

Continuously update all curriculum materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Lecturer.

In-depth knowledge of BTEC Business curriculum.

A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to foster a collaborative and stimulating learning environment.

Must be proactive, reliable, and have a strong commitment to student development.
