This role has been created to support the team with a backlog of administrative work.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that registration and attendance information is processed accurately and efficiently, helping to maintain high-quality records for children and families accessing Family Hub services.Working under the guidance of Family Hubs staff, you will be responsible for processing registration forms, updating records, and maintaining data quality within the Family Hubs case management system (EHM).Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Family Hubs registration forms accurately and within agreed timescales.Record attendance information on EHM and other electronic systems.Review information for completeness and identify any discrepancies or missing details.Maintain accurate electronic records and support data quality assurance processes.Assist in reducing administrative backlogs and ensuring records remain up to date.Handle confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR and Data Protection requirements.Provide general administrative support as directed by Family Hubs management. ..... full job details .....
