Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation management, and offboarding processes. Assist with recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, offer documentation, employment contracts, and right-to-work verification. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies. Coordinate induction programmes and training plans for new employees. Manage employee reference requests and employment verification checks. Monitor absence records, maintain sickness reporting processes, and support payroll-related administration.
