The college is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Lecturer who can motivate learners and contribute positively to the department.

The college is looking to take on an Early Years Lecturer on an ongoing temporary basis, teaching Level 2 Early Years students. The successful Early Years Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress and ensuring learners develop the knowledge and practical understanding required within Early Years education.

The successful Early Years Lecturer will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
• A relevant Early Years or childcare qualification
• Experience teaching, training or working within an Early Years environment
• Strong knowledge of Early Years education and practice
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive and engaging approach to supporting learners
