A supportive and inclusive Specialist School in Reading is looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work with pupils who may present with challenging behaviour and a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and learning difficulties. You will provide individualised support to help pupils develop positive behaviour strategies and improve their emotional regulation. The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will work alongside experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for every pupil.
