£13.00 p/hour for hours worked between 07:00 – 21:00

£15.50 p/hour for hours worked between 22:00 – 06:00

We are looking for an experienced customer services person who can work ad hoc shifts within a busy, 24 hour call centre in Daventry.

You will be taking calls from businesses and official bodies, expected to handle the call, book appointments and manage a diary. There will be computers to use, lots of inbound calls and its very fast-paced working within a smaller team.

To be considered you must be living in Daventry, be able to attend shifts without any issues, have previous customer service experience, and be fully computer literate.
