Your role as the Sales Director:
From HQ in Oxfordshire, you’ll shape and deliver the sales strategy across multiple sites. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll inspire teams, streamline processes, optimise pricing, and deliver unforgettable customer experiences. Most importantly, you’ll fuel rapid growth while shaping the company’s future retail network.
Responsibilities
Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing General Sales Manager team across multiple sites.
Sales Process: Design and refine sales processes to shorten cycles, boost conversions, and maximise results.
Pricing and Customer Strategy: Own pricing strategy and competitor analysis, delivering customer-focused approaches that balance value with margin growth.
Customer Journey: Oversee the full customer journey — from promotions and “Try Before You Buy” through to handover, aftercare, and loyalty.
Stocking and Forecasting: Drive accurate forecasting and smart stocking strategies aligned with business growth.
Strategic Growth: Shape the five-year vision alongside the Senior Leadership Team, including retail expansion and dealer programme development.
Qualifications
Proven success leading multi-site sales teams.
Expertise in sales strategy, pricing, and margin optimisation.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
An inspiring, resilient, and forward-thinking leadership style.
