Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Biased)Company: A well-established and highly regarded Engineering and Manufacturing Company.Location: St Neots area - (own transport required)Job Type: Permanent, immediate start available and no call outsSalary: Up to 17.50 per hour, Overtime: 26.25 per hour (time and a half) - depending on experience Hours: 39 hours per week, with a 12.00 mid-day finish on Fridays.Free on-site car parking.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical bias to coverall all site maintenance including machine maintenance and breakdowns.This hands-on role involves working with a variety of engineering machinery, addressing breakdowns, and following monthly maintenance schedules. While both mechanical and electrical skills are required, this role will primarily focus on mechanical tasks. Key Responsibilities:Maintain various site machinery, including Machine Shop Mills, Lathes, Drills, and Sheet-Metal and Fabricating machines.Assemble and fit new equipment.Perform electrical works around the site.Handle plumbing tasks.Cover general site maintenance and breakdowns.Uphold quality engineering standards in the factory and on-site.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, discipline, attendance, and punctuality standards.
