100% SITE BASED This role is for the most dynamic and passionate Finance Directors / Heads of Finance of engineering/manufacturing who are prepared to make a huge difference. This Finance Director will be pivotal to underpinning an incredible growth agenda. Main responsibilities: Part of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting into and working closely with the Managing Director, this is a key role in a small dynamic organisation, with overall responsibility for financial management, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting and analysis. Leveraging the use of the MRP system, the Finance Director will deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, group reporting, and board-level analysis. You will monitor financial performance and proactively implement cost-saving initiatives where necessary, always driving continuous improvement across systems, controls, business efficiencies, forecasting and reporting processes. The candidate profile: A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, preferably CIMA), you have experience leading a team in finance management within an agile manufacturing SME. You have proven experience preparing management accounts to a high standard in a hands-on role, in an international environment.
