Your new company A leading global insurance and reinsurance broker is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join its North American Direct and Facultative Property team in London. This is a senior, client-facing role working on complex open market property risks, offering exposure to high-value international business and a collaborative, technically strong environment. Your new role You will be responsible for the placement and ongoing servicing of North American open market property risks, managing the full risk lifecycle from underwriting submissions through to policy documentation and endorsements. Acting as a key point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and market representatives, providing clear technical guidance and resolving queries efficiently.You will ensure accounts are serviced to a high professional standard by producing MRC slips, invoices and related documentation, maintaining accurate electronic files and completing all required compliance and regulatory checks. Working closely with brokers, you will support business development activity and assist in the structuring of complex programmes and innovative risk transfer solutions. You will operate within a paperless environment, managing workflow, budgets and financial reporting requirements while maintaining strong regulatory awareness, including FCA, Contract Certainty and international standards.
