Are you an experienced Forklift Truck Driver looking for a secure, full-time role with great pay and a brilliant team?
We’re working with one of the UK’s leading logistics companies, supplying a major automotive manufacturer right here in North Birmingham.

We’re on the lookout for skilled Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi (Flexi) drivers who are confident, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a rewarding long-term position in a fast-paced, modern facility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi trucks in narrow aisles and busy production areas
• Moving stillages, pallets, and cages safely and efficiently
• Supporting the wider team with off-truck duties such as line feeding, materials handling, and general housekeeping
• Working closely with assembly and machine teams to keep production running smoothly

• Valid FLT licence(s) – Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi (issued within the last 3 years)
• Minimum 12 months MHE experience in a busy warehouse or manufacturing site
• Team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work both on and off the truck
