The ideal location for this role is London, but they are also open to Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Nottingham, or Winchester.Role and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of the departmentDelivery of fire safety servicesPlanning gateway one fire statementsEWS1 and FRAEW fire risk assessmentConstruction stage reviews and assist with BSA Clerk of Work dutiesGovernment funding applicationsEnsure compliance and quality assuranceAssist in proposal development and developing client relationshipsNetworking and assisting in business development.Required Skills and ExperienceChartered Engineer status is highly desirable plus additional fire accreditations are advantageousProven background in a similar position focused on fire safety, fire engineering, or fire scienceMultidisciplinary consultancy background is strongly desiredBusiness development and client relations experienceCommitment to advancing building safety standardsFull UK Driving Licence and access to a car.What you get backSalary of £60,000 – £75,000Car allowance of £5,400Holiday of 25 days plus bank holidays and birthday, increasing with length of service
