Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day site operations and ensure outstanding service delivery. Manage and develop department leaders and site teams. About You The right candidate will have: Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior role. Strong commercial awareness with budget and PandL responsibility. Experience managing large teams in a customer-focused environment.
