Maxwell Bond is growing, and we''re looking for ambitious people to join our team as- Recruitment Consultants.

You do-not need years of recruitment experience. We care more about attitude, resilience, communication skills, and the drive to build a successful career.

We specialise in Technology & GTM recruitment, partnering with some of the UK''s fastest-growing startups, scale-ups, and established businesses. Our consultants work closely with founders, engineering leaders, and technology teams across the North West and wider UK market.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with candidates across software, data, product, cyber security, and technology markets
• Supporting live roles by sourcing and shortlisting candidates
• Using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to find talent
• Learning how to qualify candidates and understand motivations
• Arranging interviews and managing feedback
• Writing adverts and outreach messages
• Developing your market knowledge and communication skills
