Site Manager - Steel & Timber Structures

We are working with a rapidly growing, market-leading structural specialist delivering innovative steel and timber frame solutions across high-profile projects in sectors including infrastructure, commercial, and energy.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in both structural steel and timber construction to join their expanding team.

As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects on-site, managing both steel and timber structural elements from installation through to completion.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across steel and timber frame installations

• Manage subcontractors, labour, and site logistics

• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients

• Monitor programme, budgets, and quality standards

• Drive productivity and resolve on-site challenges efficiently

• Proven experience managing structural steel and timber frame projects

• Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects

• CSCS Black Card (essential)

• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project environments
