Due to continued growth, they are expanding their London sales team and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive both new business acquisition and account development.The role Hunting new business within SMBs nationallyProactively drive sales growth by researching, targeting, and connecting with prospective customersBuild proposals, quotes, and ROI-based business casesDeliver presentations that communicate value, differentiation, and tailored solutionsCollaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, pre-sales, and operationsMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM data to support forecasting and activity tracking The candidate Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in IT solutions/ workplace tech or a similar service-based industryA strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closeExperience handling both new business generation and account developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to align IT solutions to business challengesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and confident managing multiple opportunities simultaneously In return Basic salary: up to £50,000£5,000 annual car ..... full job details .....
