At E-ppl we are looking for Welders to support our customer. We are looking for an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join our fabrication team in Malvern. You will be responsible for the high-quality welding of chassis components and bespoke parts for their vehicles. Because the customers production lines are focused on hand-built quality rather than mass-automation, your individual skill and attention to detail will be visible in every vehicle that leaves the factory. Requirements Key Responsibilities Precision Welding: Perform high-standard TIG welding, primarily aluminium and mild steel. Fabrication: Read and interpret technical drawings to fabricate components from scratch or using jigs. Quality Control: Ensure all welds meet structural integrity standards and the aesthetic requirements of a luxury motor vehicle. Collaboration: Work closely with the wider production and engineering teams to ensure seamless assembly. Maintenance: Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean working environment in line with health and safety protocols. What We re Looking For Proven Experience: Significant experience in both TIG/MIG welding (automotive or aerospace background is a plus).
