Well-known utilities provider require a Procurement Manager. Applicants need procurement experience within the public sector (PA23, OJEU, PCR, UCR, DSCR) and have the ability to run tender exercises and support development of category management strategies. The Procurement Manager role encompasses a mix of hands-on tendering (cradle-to-grave) and sourcing activities, with the development and implementation of category management strategies. Working closely with a Senior Category Manager, the Procurement Manager will lead procurement activity across HR and corporate services spend areas, delivering excellent service to customers and stakeholders.
