Covering London and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance, testing and inspection, and minor electrical works across commercial and heritage properties.This role offers a varied workload, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with a reputable company known for delivering building services to some of the UK''s most prestigious sites.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.Conduct electrical testing, inspection, and fault-finding (2391 qualification required).Complete Site Visit Reports (SVR) and feedback on works undertaken.Liaise with helpdesk, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.Support small works and minor fabric repairs where required.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures, RAMS, and permit-to-work systems.Participate in an on-call rota for 24-hour response as required.Maintain accurate timesheets and job records.Skills and Experience:NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Engineering (essential).18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.City and Guilds 2391 ..... full job details .....
