We are seeking individuals who are warm, positive, person centered and committed to ensuring that service users with learning disabilities and complex needs enjoy the highest quality of life and make progress towards greater independence by accessing into the local community in St Helens, Merseyside. No two days will be the same at this service, as our residents love engaging in a range of exciting activities! Key responsibilities include:- Delivering personal care and support with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.- Assisting individuals in leading fulfilling, valued lives and actively participating in the community.- Supporting service users in gaining independence, confidence, and competence in daily living skills, money management, social skills, and more.- Working collaboratively with families and professionals to provide consistent, individual-focused care.- Demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
