Monday to Friday, 8am4pm or 9am5pm (37.5 hours per week)

We''re currently looking for a Temporary Data Cleanser/Administrator to support a central Portsmouth-based logistics company through a system transition.

As the business moves to a new transport management system, your key focus will be on ensuring that all data is clean, accurate, and transferred correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and cleansing company and location data
Verifying addresses, credit information, and company registration numbers
Inputting data into the new system with high accuracy
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Supporting other internal projects as needed

Previous admin or data entry experience
Confident using systems and databases
Reliable and organised with a proactive attitude
This is a full-time temporary role offering immediate start, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working with data and systems.
