This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact on young children''s learning and development in a supportive, collaborative primary school environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a vital part of the Key Stage 1 team, your day-to-day duties will include:Phonics Delivery: Planning and delivering daily Read Write Inc. phonics sessions to a designated group, ensuring strong fidelity to the programme and excellent pupil progress.Classroom Support: Working closely within a KS1 classroom and across the wider phase to support teaching and learning, helping all pupils achieve their full potential.Assessment and Collaboration: Partnering with class teachers and the phonics lead to assess student progress, adapt learning provisions, and maintain exceptionally high standards in early reading and writing.Wider School Duties: Supporting the school''s OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) provision by supervising outdoor playtimes.
