This role involves a mix of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring all electrical installations, repairs, and inspections are completed to the highest standards of workmanship, customer care, and compliance.Day-to-Day of the RoleCarry out electrical installations, repairs, and fault finding.Perform testing and inspection, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).Ensure compliance with current regulations, legislation, and contract requirements.Maintain high standards of customer service in occupied properties.Work across both domestic and commercial buildings, handling systems such as fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control systems, and lighting.Accurately record work undertaken, including costs, materials, and time, using mobile technology and asset systems.Operate independently or collaborate with other trades on larger projects.Required Skills and QualificationsRecognised electrical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City and Guilds Electrical Theory (Parts 1 and 2 or equivalent), City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection, and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.Proven experience across a wide range of electrical works.Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.Ability to work ..... full job details .....
