A leading MSP based in Central London seeks to bring an experienced Head of Project Management Office to join its Highly Accredited Operations. Responsibilities include Overseeing the Project Managers, Client Onboarding, and Projects Engineering Teams. The Project Management Office comprises x1 Senior Project Manager and x1 Project Manager. The Projects Engineering team consists of 7 engineers (x2 TDE, x3 PDE, x1 SharePoint Specialist, x1 Security Apprentice) and x2 Head of Services This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong focus on successful Project delivery, preferably within a Managed IT Services environment using PRINCE2 practices. This role would suit someone with hands-on experience running technical staff and delivering managed IT projects within an MSP IT Service Environment. The role requires 3 Days in the Office to ensure you drive the team and department forward this is a mandatory requirement and is non-negotiable.
