You will part of an exciting new service and will gain experience from working alongside excellent clinicians. Ideally you will also have some Orthopaedic experience or a willingness to learn this speciality.The Role:Working as part of our Theatre team to provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care in Ophthalmology and Orthopaedics.To train and work as a scrub practitioner for our Ophthalmology theatre suite. Be trained to perform specific Ophthalmic procedures including phaco cataract surgery and receive appropriate training and support to participate in Orthopaedic surgery.Gain a full understanding of the patient pathway and engage with all aspects of the patient experience.To maintain competence with regular theatre sessions as scrub practitioner.Be a strong communicator and team player with exceptional standards for customer service standards. Adhering to all of Ramsay''s policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.
