Account Manager – Facilities Management
Salary: £65,000 + Car Allowance + 5% Bonus
Location: Central London

We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the operational delivery of a key Facilities Management (FM) contract. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in contract management, compliance, and service delivery across hard and soft FM services.

The Role
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of a high-value FM contract, ensuring full statutory and contractual compliance
• Managing all aspects of facilities operations, including planned and reactive maintenance, soft services, subcontractor performance, and client reporting
• Delivering against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring service level excellence across multiple sites
• Leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management
• Maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact, and ensuring satisfaction through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
• Taking full ownership of financial management, including budgets, forecasting, lifecycle works, and cost control
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiencies, and added value
• Supporting contract mobilisation, service change, and operational transitions to ensure seamless delivery
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety, quality assurance, and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within a senior operational or contract management role
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, asset management, lifecycle planning, and budget control
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing FM teams
• Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of contract KPIs, SLAs, and value-driven service delivery
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Experience in change management, contract mobilisation, or transitioning FM services is highly advantageous
• A hands-on leader who is proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of customer service
