What You''ll Be Doing
Supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Helping students access learning in a way that works for them
- Building positive, trusting relationships that help pupils thrive
- Supporting behaviour positively and encouraging independence
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver the best outcomes
What We''re Looking For
- Experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Support Worker or similar role
- A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone who wants to make a lasting impact every single day
